Brendan Leahy grew up on a 5,500 acre cattle farm in NSW so a career in Real Estate wasn’t what he initially envisioned, but in 2002 Brendan embarked on his real estate journey and he hasn’t looked back since.
Brendan Leahy formed Naked Edge Real Estate in 2012 after he felt there had to be a better way of doing real estate. Although he has worked in real estate since 2002, it was in 2006 he decided to open his first agency. After 6 years at the helm of Brendan Leahy Real Estate, and after working closely with two of the world’s greats in marketing and business growth – Siimon Reynolds and Brian Sher – he made the decision to make one additional shift with the business. On the 27th of August 2012, Naked Edge Real Estate was born, and has gone on to become an industry game changer.
He has always searched for a way to do business differently and find a way to serve the seller and buyer in the best way possible which is why he created Naked Edge Real Estate. In his over two decades of real estate experience, the one thing that has never changed is his dedication to provide complete transparency to both buyer and seller.
Brendan understands the importance of selling the family home, and the importance of finding a new one so he is committed to being there to help take the stress away and ensure both parties walk away satisfied and with the best possible outcome.
Brendan is also an active member of the local community, over the 2022/23 period Brendan sponsored two amazing local teams, the Roleystone Tigers Junior Football Club and the Roleystone Braves. He is also a member of the community RE-Invest initiative run through REIWA and helps gather donations for charities like the Salvos WA.
